- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via USPS Priority within two days of receiving your order. Generally items will come in the Tyvek fabric-type Priority envelope. Please take care when opening as to not cut into the fabric of your new garment.
- Privacy & Security
- We work with Authorize.net, Paypal, and Google checkout—all very trusted credit processors. We will never share or sell your information with anyone. Ever.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be happy with your order. If for some reason you are not happy, please let us know. For refunds and exchanges, alert us via email at: info[at]tdama[dot]com. All claims must be made and postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Upon return, Tdama will happily issue a credit to your account or exchange your products if they are defective, not as ordered, or over shipped. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition. Please note that shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. We cover the shipping back to you on your first exchange.
