For refunds and exchanges, please alert us via email at: info[at]tdama[dot]com. All claims must be made and postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Upon return, Tdama will happily issue a credit to your account or exchange your products if they are defective, not as ordered, or over shipped. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition. Please note that shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. We cover the shipping back to you on your first exchange.
