Q: WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
A: $500
Q: WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
A: When you order, we will take your credit card information. We will process the card when your order is ready and will notify you by email that your order is on the way.
Q: WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A: The ship time is depends on where you live. We ship out of CA, so NM will take approx. 3 days, New York 5 days etc...
Q: CAN I USE PAY PAL?
A: Yes, although we don't prefer to. It will delay your order, as we will have to wait until we know the shipping cost, notify you, receive payment, then ship.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A: Not on wholesale merchandise.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
A: Yes, with pre-approval, call us first. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving. Apon return, Tdama will happily issue a credit to your account or exchange your products if they are defective, not as ordered, or over shipped. Items must be returned unworn, with tags attached and in perfect condition. Please note that shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable.
Q: DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
A: Yes we accept overseas and Canadian orders. Be aware that there will most likely be importing fees which your county will decide as the merchandise comes in.
Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
A: No, you don't have to. That's because all our sales are for resellers. All resellers must collect applicable sales tax from their customers.
